All of our deliveries are made using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery or DPD for larger items. Items are dispatched either on the day of order or the following working day depending on order time.
For orders over £50 you will qualify for Free UK Delivery using the method above.
Returns Policy – Defective or Damaged
If you receive damaged or defective, or if an item is missing from your parcel you must inform Your PPE via email or phone call within 48 hours. Claims made after this time period will not be accepted. Please do not dispose of any goods before reporting the issue to our Customer Service team, as we may require batch numbers, photographic evidence of any damage or request that the item is returned to us.
The goods must be returned to Your PPE. We will refund or exchange any faulty goods. The goods must be defective and due to the nature of PPE we are unable to accept returns of used items unless they are faulty.
You must return the goods to us with the original order number via recorded delivery and fully insured for the full value of the goods. You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession.
